CONSTRUCTION UPDATE
SEPTEMBER 2024
The construction of the JALBTCX building is progressing steadily. A significant milestone has been achieved with the completion of the fill dirt placement for the building foundation. This crucial step ensures a stable and level base for the subsequent construction phases.
PHASE 3 & 4
Stennis Technology Park Phase 2 is accelerating industrial growth with the development of two pad-ready sites specifically designed for light manufacturing.
Made possible in part by a $2 million RESTORE Act grant, these prime locations offer immediate access to essential infrastructure and utilities, streamlining the setup process for businesses seeking to establish or expand their operations. With a focus on efficiency and productivity, these sites are ideal for companies looking to capitalize on the region's strategic advantages.
