ELECTRIC
25 kV distribution and 115 kV transmission serve Port Bienville. Current working available substation capacity is approximately 4 MW. A new Coast Electric substation project is advancing.
NATURAL GAS
Natural gas service is available within industrial park, but a direct connection is not currently available to Site 02. Any future service extension would require utility coordination.
WATER
Port Bienville is served by 12-inch water infrastructure at approximately 55 psi. A 500,000-gallon water storage tank has been completed, and a new interconnector project is in progress to strengthen system supply and redundancy.
WASTEWATER
Port Bienville is served by the Western Regional wastewater treatment system. The current technical baseline treatment capacity is 0.2 MGD. Expansion alternatives have been studied but have not yet been constructed.
