The site is generally relatively flat, and final grading, foundation design, stormwater management, and soil improvements will depend on the requirements and location of the selected project.

Project Ready North is served by 13 kV electric distribution infrastructure. Final electrical capacity, service configuration, redundancy, and any project-specific improvements should be coordinated based on the requirements of the prospective tenant.
WATER
Project Ready North is served by a 16-inch water line. Mississippi Power identifies the supporting water system with 7 million gallons per day of total capacity and approximately 3.1 MGD of excess capacity. Project-specific flow and allocation should be confirmed based on facility requirements.
NATURAL GAS
An 11-inch natural gas line operating at 50 PSI is located on-site, providing a significant infrastructure asset for industrial and technology users requiring natural gas service. Final flow availability and project-specific service requirements should be confirmed during project evaluation.
WASTEWATER
Project Ready North is served through the Hancock County Utility Authority's wastewater system, which has a rated capacity of approximately 1.5 million gallons per day. NASA wastewater flows are routed into this same broader system. Current total flow and project-specific allocable capacity should be confirmed with HCUA for individual development projects.
